神经外科吞咽障碍患者鼻胃管肠内营养治疗的护理效果

Nursing progress of enteral nutrition of nasogastric tube in patients with dysphagia in neurosurgery

目的探讨神经外科吞咽障碍患者鼻胃管肠内营养治疗的护理效果。方法将我院神经外科实施鼻胃管肠内营养治疗的100例吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组、观察组分别实施常规护理、综合护理,比较两组的吞咽功能评分、营养状况指标、并发症发生率、睡眠状况指标。结果护理后,观察组吞咽功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围、白蛋白及血红蛋白均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组14.00%,(P<0.05)。护理后,相比于对照组,入睡潜伏期在观察组中更短,实际睡眠时长在观察组中更长,睡眠质量评分在观察组中更低(P<0.05)。结论综合护理用于神经外科吞咽障碍鼻胃管肠内营养治疗中,可改善患者吞咽功能和营养状况,有利于减少并发症,改善睡眠状况。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of nasogastric tube enteral nutrition in patients with dysphagia in neurosurgery.Methods The 100 swallowing disorder patients with intranogastric nutrition treatment in the neurosurgery department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group received routine nursing and comprehensive nursing respectively.The swallowing function score,nutritional status index,complication rate and sleep status index were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the swallowing function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,triceps skinfold thickness,upper arm circumference,albumin and hemoglobin were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 2.00%in the observation group and 14.00%in the control group,which was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the sleep latency was shorter in the observation group,the actual sleep duration was longer in the observation group,and the sleep quality score was lower in the observation group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients,reduce the complications,improve the sleep status.
