马属动物卵巢发育研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着国内经济发展,马、驴产业经济价值越来越高,产业需求量也日益增长,但马属动物是繁殖周期较长的季节性单胎动物,其独特的繁殖生理结构特性成为马属动物繁殖效益和相关繁殖技术开发应用的主要因素之一。卵巢作为雌性动物生殖系统中的核心器官,在神经系统和内分泌系统的作用和调节下,具有周期性产生卵子和分泌生殖激素的功能。然而由于排卵窝这一独特结构的存在,马属动物卵巢结构、发育、排卵和调控明显不同于其他家畜动物。因此,本文对国内外近些年在马属动物卵巢结构、排卵窝、卵泡分布及相关分子机理方面进行的研究进行归纳梳理,以期为在国内重启马属动物繁殖机理与技术研究提供理论帮助。 With the development of domestic economy,the economic value of horse and donkey industry is getting higher and higher,and the industrial demand is also increasing.However,equine is a seasonal monogamous animal with a long reproductive cycle.Its unique reproductive physiological structure is one of the main factors that affect their reproductive efficiency and the development and application of related reproductive technologies.As the core organ of female reproductive system,ovary has the function of producing eggs and secreting reproductive hormone periodically under the action and regulation of nervous system and endocrine system.However,due to the unique structure of ovulation nest,the structure,development,ovulation and regulation of equine ovary are obviously different from other domestic animals.Therefore,this paper summarized the research on the ovarian structure,ovulation nest,follicle distribution and related molecular mechanism of equine in recent years at home and abroad,in order to provide theoretical help for the domestic counterparts in the field of reproductive mechanism and technology of equine.
