摘要 为保证综合管廊近距离穿越既有桥梁结构施工安全性,在风险识别的基础上建立了三维数值分析模型,以土体、桥梁结构变形作为主要控制指标,评估穿越施工风险。结合地质情况和工程经验初步制定施工风险控制措施,并根据试验段掘进和信息化监测反馈调整优化施工参数,完善风险控制方案。穿越施工过程中,信息化监测结果和数值计算结果基本吻合,土体监测最大位移为4.3mm,桥梁桩基监测最大位移为1.3mm,地层位移及既有桥梁结构变形均满足规范要求,结构安全性良好,施工风险可控,控制方案合理。 In order to ensure the construction safety of the utility tunnel crossing the existing bridge structure in a short distance, and control the risks in the crossing project, this paper establishes a three-dimensional numerical analysis model based on the risk identification, takes the deformation of soil and bridge structure as the main control index, evaluates the risk of crossing construction, and initially formulates the construction risk combined with geological conditions and engineering experience control measures. According to the test section driving and information monitoring feedback, the construction parameters are adjusted and optimized, and the risk control scheme is improved. In the process of crossing construction, the information monitoring results are basically consistent with the numerical calculation results. The maximum displacement of soil monitoring is 4.3 mm, the maximum displacement of bridge pile foundation monitoring is 1.3 mm, the ground displacement and the deformation of existing bridge structure meet the requirements of the specification. The structural safety is good, the construction risk is controllable, and the control scheme is reasonable.
