摘要 为解决复杂建设条件下,盾构分体接收难题,以杭州某地铁区间萧山机场站接收端头的设计经验为基础,通过分析接收端工程控制节点,认为盾构接收需考虑接收端补强加固及盾构分体接收等问题,因此分别制定了相应的加固体补强措施及解决盾构洞内解体与拆解运输等问题的方案,在加固体补强方面,对比了WSS,MJS等工法,推荐采取地下水平冻结的方式进行盾构接收端补强加固,对技术方案的可行性、加固范围和将会产生的重难点问题进行了分析,给出了解决对策;在盾构解体接收问题上,给出了拆机前需落实措施、拆机准备和详细的拆除方法及具体的24h不间断作业的单线隧道3阶段运输方案。 In order to solve the problem of shield dismantling reception under complex construction conditions, this paper is based on the design experience of the reception end of Xiaoshan Airport Station in a section of Hangzhou Subway. Through analysis of engineering control nodes of the reception end, the reinforcement of the reception end and dismantling reception of the shield machine should be considered. Therefore, the corresponding reinforcement measures and solutions for dismantling and transportation in the shield tunnel are formulated respectively.In the aspect of reinforcement, compared with WSS, MJS methods, the underground horizontal freezing method is recommended to reinforce the shield reception end. The feasibility of the technical scheme, the range of reinforcement and the key and difficult problems that will arise are analyzed, and the countermeasures are given. In the aspect of the shield receiving, the measures to be taken before dismantling, preparations for dismantling and detailed demolition methods and the specific 24-hour uninterrupted single-lane tunnel three-stage transportation plan are given.
