钢结构法兰螺栓连接节点抗震性能试验研究

摘要 装配式钢结构法兰盘组合节点作为一种新型钢结构梁柱螺栓连接节点,具有良好的施工性能及可替换等特点。以法兰盘厚度和长度为试验变量,对4个1∶2缩尺模型节点进行了拟静力加载试验。对比各节点的变形和破坏过程,探讨了不同设计参数节点的滞回曲线、承载力、能量消散、延性及刚度退化等。试验及分析结果表明:节点的失效模式以法兰盘外环板鼓屈为主,破坏集中在梁端塑性铰区内,满足"强柱弱梁"的设计理念。法兰盘组合节点具有良好的承载力、转动能力及耗能能力;增加法兰盘刚度和长度能明显提高节点整体抗震性能影能力。 The assembled steel structure flange combination node, as a new type of steel structure beam-column bolted node, has the characteristics of good construction performance and replaceability. The proposed static load test is conducted on four 1∶2 scale model nodes with flange thickness and length as test variables. The hysteresis curves, bearing capacity, energy dissipation, ductility and stiffness degradation of the nodes with different design parameters are discussed. The test and analysis results show that the failure mode of the nodes is mainly the buckling of the outer ring plate of the flange, and the damage is concentrated in the plastic hinge area of the beam end, which satisfies the design concept of “strong column but weak beam”. The flange combination node has good bearing capacity, rotational capacity and energy consumption capacity. Increasing the flange stiffness and length can significantly improve the overall seismic performance of the nodes.
