摘要
目的研究蒺藜淫羊藿复合物对大鼠性功能及精子活力的影响。方法50只雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠摘除右侧睾丸,各组分别灌胃给予受试物或纯净水,连续40 d。灌胃第30天,与发情处理的雌鼠进行交配实验。灌胃第35天,进行阴茎勃起潜伏期检测。灌胃第40天,动物安乐死后取称重睾丸、包皮腺、精囊腺和前列腺并计算脏器系数,检测血清中睾酮含量,计数精子数量、精子活动率,并观察精子活力。结果低剂量和高剂量的蒺藜淫羊藿复合物能升高半去势雄性大鼠交配过程的的捕捉率、射精率和射精次数(P<0.05)。与半去势的模型对照组比较,蒺藜淫羊藿复合物低剂量组动物血清的睾酮含量升高(P<0.05)、精囊腺和前列腺系数增加(P<0.05);高剂量组动物的精子活动率升高(P<0.01),呈快速直线前向运动的精子增多(P<0.05),死精子数量减少(P<0.01)。结论蒺藜淫羊藿复合物可促进睾酮分泌、具有一定的雄激素样作用,可改善睾酮分泌减少所致的性功能障碍,增加精子活率及活力。
Objective To study the effect of Tribulus terrestris and the Epimedium complex on sexual function and sperm viability.Methods 50 male rats were randomly divided into five groups.The right testis of all rats except for the normal control group were removed,and a test substance or water was administered intragastrically for 40 d.On the 30 th day,the mating test was performed.On the 35 th day,the erectile time of the male rats was measured.On the 40 th day,the male rats were sacrificed,the testicles,preputial glands,seminal vesicles and prostate glands were weighed,serum testosterone level was measured,sperm count,motility rate and viability were evaluated.Results Low and high doses of Tribulus terrestris and the Epimedium complex improved the capture rate ejaculation rate and ejaculation counts of hemi-castrated male rats(P<0.05).Compared with the normal control group,the low dose group had significantly higher serum testosterone level and seminal vesicle and prostate gland coefficients(P<0.05),and the high dose group had a higher sperm motility rate and forward motile sperm count(P<0.05)and lower dead sperm count(P<0.01).Conclusions Tribulus terrestris and the Epimedium complex promote the secretion of testosterone and improve the sexual function of rats.
