高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌中低位、近中及水干阻生智齿的临床疗效

The clinical effect analysis of high-speed turbo-drilling method for extraction of mandibular mid-low,mesial,and water dry impacted wisdom teeth

目的:探究下颌中低位、近中及水干阻生智齿经高速涡轮钻拔除的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年8月128例下颌阻生智齿患者,按照数字随机法分为试验组64例与对照组64例,对照组实施凿骨劈冠术拔除,试验组实施高速涡轮钻法治疗,对比两组干槽症、疼痛程度及张口受限程度状况。结果:试验组干槽症发病率为3.13%,对照组为15.63%,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组张口受限程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下颌阻生智齿患者实施高速涡轮钻法拔除可降低干槽症发病率,减轻术后张口受限与疼痛,临床效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-speed turbo-drilling of mandibular mid-low,mesial and water dry impacted wisdom teeth.Method A total of 128 patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a test group of 64 cases and a control group of 64 cases.The control group was subjected to bone chiseling and crown removal.The test group was treated with high-speed turbo-drilling,and the two groups of patients were compared for dry socket,pain degree and mouth opening restriction.Results The incidence of dry socket in the test group was 3.13%,the control group was 15.63%,the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain degree of the test group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05);the degree of mouth opening restriction in the test group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-speed turbo-drill extraction in patients with impacted mandibular wisdom teeth can reduce the incidence of dry socket and relieve postoperative mouth opening and pain.The clinical effect is good,and it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
