层级链式护理在小儿肺炎中的护理效果及住院时间

Analysis of the nursing effect and hospitalization time of children with pneumonia

目的:分析层级链式护理在小儿肺炎中的护理效果及住院时间情况。方法:选择2019年6月~2020年6月92例肺炎患儿,按随机数表法分为两组,对照组46例采用常规护理,研究组46例使用层级链式护理,对两组护理效果及住院时间进行比较。结果:研究组临床有效率91.30%,比对照组的76.08%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发热消失时间(2.74±0.85)d、咳嗽消失时间(4.86±1.16)d、肺啰音消失时间(5.18±1.36)d与住院时间(7.81±1.14)d,均比对照组少,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿PSQI评分比对照组低,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎患儿实施层级链式护理,可缩短患儿症状消失时间,能有效改善其睡眠质量,护理效果显著,临床上值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of tiered chain nursing care in children with pneumonia and the length of hospital stay.Method From June 2019 to June 2020,92 children with pneumonia were admitted to this hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.46 cases in the control group used conventional nursing,46 cases in the study group used hierarchical chain nursing,and the nursing effect and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.08%(P<0.05);the study group had no fever(2.74±0.85)d,cough disappeared(4.86±1.16)d,lung rales disappeared(5.18±1.36)d and the length of stay(7.81±1.14)d were less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PSQI score of the children in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical chain nursing for children with pneumonia can shorten the time of symptom disappearance and effectively improve their sleep quality.The nursing effect is significant,and it is worth popularizing clinically.
