伴随着智能时代的到来,数据成为重要的战略资源,数据驱动成为现代教育的基本特征,教育数据治理面临着新的变革。文章在分析了智能时代教育数据治理面临的复杂挑战后,归纳了智能时代教育数据治理应当实现精准、敏捷、安全的管理目标,并从管理体系和技术体系两个维度,分别论述了智能时代教育数据治理策略的内涵,提出了数据确权、治理机构和数据标准等可行管理机制,以及敏捷的教育数据部署、可信的教育数据日志管理和可靠的教育数据共享机制等技术保障路径。

As the intelligent era is coming,data has become an important strategic resource,wherein the data-driven has become a typical feature of modern education.For that,the governance of educational data undergoes the revolution.By analyzing the complicated challenges in educational data governance,this article summarizes the management goals,which should be achieved in a manner of precise,agile,and secure in educational data governance during the intelligent era.In order to achieve these goals,the educational data governance system needs to work from two aspects,that is,management and technology.By discussing the conception of education data governance strategy,this can propose some feasible management mechanisms such as defining data rights,founding governance institutions,and developing data standards,while can offer several technical assurance paths such as deploying agile education data,building credible education data log management,and establishing reliable education data sharing mechanism.
