民法典融入大学生法治教育的思路与路径

民法典在中国特色社会主义法律体系中具有重要地位,是一部固根本、稳预期、利长远的基础性法律。民法典融入大学生法治教育是深入贯彻学习习近平法治思想的重要体现,是建设法治国家、法治政府和法治社会的必然要求,是提升大学生法治意识和法治素养重要载体。民法典融入大学生法治教育路径主要是通过课堂理论教学、校园法治文化活动和实践教学的开展来进行,课堂理论教学着力阐释好民法典基本原则、重要法条和创新亮点,举办民法典专题讲座、法治电影节和法治演讲比赛等活动丰富了大学生校园法治文化,组织大学生拍摄民法典微电影和法院旁听民事案件完善大学生法治实践教学内容。民法典通过课堂理论教学、校园法治文化建设和实践教学三位一体推进,让民法典真正走到大学生身边、走进大学生心里。

The Civil Code plays an important role in the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is a basic law that is fundamental,stable and beneficial to the long run.The incorporation of the civil code into the rule of law education for college students is an important manifestation of the indepth study of Xi Jinping’s rule of law thought.It is also an inevitable requirement for building a country ruled by law,agovernment ruled by law and a society ruled by law.It is also an important carrier to enhance college students’awareness of rule of law and rule of law.The path of integrating civil code into college students’rule of law education is mainly through classroom theoretical teaching,campus legal culture activities and practical teaching.Classroom theoretical teaching focuses on explaining the basic principles,important laws and innovative highlights of civil code,holding civil code lectures,legal Film Festival and legal speech competition,enriching College Students’Campus legal culture,organizing college students to shoot micro films of civil code and court to listen in civil cases,incourt and improving the content of college students’legal practice teaching.Through the trinity of classroom theoretical teaching,campus legal culture construction and practical teaching,civil code can really go to college students and their hearts.
