山东省环境规制与经济高质量发展耦合研究

Coupling Research on Environmental Regulation and High-quality Economic Development in Shandong Province

基于山东省及其17地市2007—2017年的数据,采用熵值法分别构建环境规制与经济高质量发展的指标体系,在此基础上使用耦合协调模型实证分析山东省两系统之间的相互作用关系.结果表明:从时序上看,山东省环境规制与经济高质量发展之间呈现出较好的协同发展关系,随着环境规制政策的不断实施与优化,山东省两系统之间的耦合质量及耦合协调度平稳上升;从空间上看,山东省各地市之间的环境规制与经济高质量发展两系统的耦合状况仍然有较大的差异,整体上两系统的耦合协调度呈现出东高西低,北高南低的趋势.

Based on the data of Shandong Province and its 17 cities from 2007 to 2017,the entropy method is used to construct the index systems of environmental regulation and high-quality economic development. On this basis,the coupling coordination model is used to empirically analyze the interaction between environmental regulation and high-quality economic development in Shandong Province. The results show that from the perspective of time series,there is a good coordinated development relationship between environmental regulation and high-quality economic development in Shandong Province. With the continuous implementation and optimization of environmental regulation policies,the coupling quality and coupling coordination degree between environmental regulation and high-quality economic development in Shandong Province rise steadily. From the perspective of space,there are still great differences in the coupling status of environmental regulation and high-quality economic development between different cities in Shandong Province. On the whole,the coupling coordination degree of environmental regulation and high-quality economic development shows a trend of high in the east and low in the west,while high in the north and low in the south.
