摘要 为有效应对复杂艰险环境下的超大型铁路项目在技术创新过程中面临的风险挑战,从各阶段的主要创新主体出发,运用社会网络分析的方法,建立创新组织网络模型并选取韧性指标.在此基础上选用青藏铁路的案例构建合作网络,计算网络特征参数并分析其网络韧性.进一步判定需要建立伙伴关系的主体类别,依据伙伴关系的需求方向,提升整体网络韧性.最后基于伙伴关系需求,结合伙伴关系类型,从协调、激励、信任、合作、沟通五个关系维系要素出发,形成超大型铁路项目伙伴关系韧性创新组织构建策略. In order to effectively deal with the risks and challenges faced by super-large railway projects in the process of technological innovation in complex and difficult environments,starting from the main innovation subjects at each stage,an innovative organization network model is established and resilience indicators are selected by using the social network analysis method. On this basis,the case of Qinghai-Tibet railway is selected to build the cooperation network. The network characteristic parameters are calculated and the network resilience is analyzed. The types of subjects that need to establish partnerships are further determined. According to the demand direction of the partnership,the overall network resilience is improved. Finally,based on the needs of partnerships,combined with the types of partnerships,starting from the five relationship maintenance elements of coordination,incentive,trust,cooperation,and communication,a strategy for building a partnership resilience innovation organization of super-large railway projects is formed.
