摘要
伴随着地区产业结构的升级与转型,企业对人才的需求显著上升。职业院校为了适应企业用人需求以及社会发展的需要,可以尝试采用校企合作的方式,整合学校与企业的教学资源来提升人才培养质量。本文围绕电气自动化专业探讨发展校企合作存在的问题及其优化对策,希望借助校企协同创新来推动职业院校工科类专业的发展与创新。
With the upgrading and transformation of regional industrial structure,enterprises’ demand for talents has increased significantly.In order to meet the employment needs of enterprises and the needs of social development,vocational colleges can try to adopt the way of school enterprise cooperation and integrate the teaching resources of schools and enterprises to improve the quality of talent training.This paper discusses the problems and optimization countermeasures of developing school enterprise cooperation around the major of electrical automation,hoping to promote the development and innovation of engineering majors in vocational colleges with the help of school enterprise collaborative innovation.
