高职新专业目录背景下跟岗实习的现状与对策——以广西机电职业技术学院汽车制造与试验技术专业为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of on-the-job Practice under the Background of New Specialty Catalogue in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking the Automobile Manufacturing and Test Technology Major of Guangxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technica

本文根据高职新专业目录对汽车制造与试验技术专业内涵的重构及国家对跟岗实习的政策导向,结合广西机电职业技术学院汽车制造与试验技术专业特色,构建了"理实交替,三维四阶"递进式人才培养模式,阐述了跟岗实习对高职院校专业人才培养的重要性,从学生、学校、企业三方分析了跟岗实习现状,并针对性提出了"多岗双线"跟岗实习动态管理模式等举措,解决了职业教育跟岗实习难以推进的现实问题,人才培养初见成效,对相关专业的专业建设具有一定的指导意义。

According to the reconstruction of the connotation of automobile manufacturing and test technology specialty in the new professional catalogue of higher vocational colleges and the national policy guidance for on-the-job practice,combined with the characteristics of automobile manufacturing and test technology specialty of Guangxi electromechanical vocational and technical college,this paper constructs a "theory practice alternating,three-dimensional and four-level" progressive talent training mode.This paper expounds the importance of on-the-job practice to the cultivation of professional talents in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation of on-the-job practice from the three aspects of students,schools and enterprises,and puts forward some measures such as "multi post and double line" dynamic management mode of on-the-job practice,which solves the practical problems that it is difficult to promote on-the-job practice in vocational education.The talent cultivation has achieved initial results,and it has certain guiding significance for the professional construction of related majors.
