摘要
简述蓝光扫描系统,针对轻量化车身覆盖件越来越高的要求,利用Atos蓝光扫描技术对试模件和试模完的模具腔体数据测量,完成数据的处理和评估。再根据数据重新曲面重构得到我们理想的模具。最后总结蓝光扫描技术对模具设计行业的意义。
The article briefly describes the blue light scanning system.In response to the increasing requirements of lightweight body panels,autos blue light scanning technology is used to measure the data of the test mold and the mold cavity after the test,and complete the data processing and evaluation.Then according to the data,the surface is reconstructed to get our ideal mold.Finally,the significance of blue light scanning technology to the mold design industry is summarized.
