摘要 为了降低某商用车重量,提升其轻量化性能;对其导流罩使用轻量化材料,进行轻量化设计,在保证性能与标杆产品持平的前提下实现重量降低。标杆产品使用SMC,轻量化材料使用PDCPD。PDCPD材料刚度低于SMC材料,为保证产品刚度,首先以刚度目标为导向,使用仿真优化辅助产品结构设计,实现产品刚度性能达标。产品刚度性能达标后,局部位置出现应力集中,对应力集中的位置局部加强及改进,实现产品强度达标;最终实现产品刚度、强度仿真分析结果均达标,并且实现产品重量降低40%。 In order to reduce the weight of a commercial vehicle and improve its lightweight performance,lightweight materials are used for the shroud and lightweight design is carried out to reduce the weight on the premise of ensuring that the performance is equal to the benchmark products.SMC is used for benchmarking products and PDCPD is used for lightweight materials.The stiffness of PDCPD material is lower than that of SMC material.In order to ensure the product stiffness,the article first,takes the stiffness goal as the guidance,and uses simulation optimization to assist the product structure design to achieve the product stiffness performance up to standard.After the rigidity performance of the product reaches the standard,the stress concentration occurs at the local position,and the local stress concentration position is strengthened and improved to achieve the product strength reaching the standard;finally,the simulation analysis results of product stiffness and strength meet the standard,and the product weight is reduced by 40%.
