摘要
文中对新疆地膜使用及回收情况进行了调研,介绍了目前新疆地区残膜回收政策和各地的经验做法,分析了解决农田残膜污染现状存在的问题,针对问题提出了解决对策。
In this paper,the use and recovery of plastic film in Xinjiang were investigated,the current residual film recovery policies and local experience and practices in Xinjiang were introduced,the existing problems in solving the current situation of farmland residual film pollution were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.
