摘要
大规模分布式光伏的接入会改变低压配电网的拓扑结构,影响低压故障特性。三相四线制低压配电系统由于中性线的存在容易出现断零故障,对电网的安全稳定运行产生重大影响。为此,本文首先对带有光伏电源的农村低压配电台区断零故障进行理论分析,然后利用PSCAD/EMTDC平台建立仿真模型,研究光伏电源接入上游、下游及上下游均接入三种情况对断零故障的影响,最后探讨TT系统重复接地对解决断零故障的适用性。
The access of large-scale distributed photovoltaic will change the topology of low-voltage distribution network and fault characteristics.Three-phase four-wire low-voltage distribution system is prone to neutral conductor broken due to the existence of neutral lines,which greatly affects the safe and stable operation of power grid.First of all,this paper analyzes the theory of neutral conductor broken in the rural low-voltage distribution area which have photovoltaic power supply.The distribution system is simulated by PSCAD/EMTDC to study the influence of three conditions on neutral conductor broken when photovoltaic power is connected upstream,downstream,upstream and downstream both.Finally,it is discussed that the applicability of solving neutral conductor broken with multiple grounding in TT system.
