立德树人视域下新工科课程思政建设路径研究 被引量:15

摘要 立德树人是教师的初心,为党育人、为国育才是教师的使命,践行初心,完成使命是新时代高校人才培养的根本遵循。在立德树人视域下,挖掘思政元素,融入专业知识的传授之中,使思政育人与专业育人有机融合,形成协同育人效应,是新工科育人理念的内在要求。当前,在课程思政实施中,一味地强化专业性而弱化了课程思政的育人功能,存在着对课程思政育人理念的认知有待提升、实施能力亟待深化、评价机制的效度有待完善等实际问题。以《Python程序设计》课程为例,在立德树人的视域下,新工科课程思政建设应转变教学理念,挖掘课程中的思想政治教育元素,将"授业"与"传道"统一于课程教学的各个环节;创新教学方法,提升课程思政的实施能力,深化育人体验;完善评价体系,推进课程思政可评可测,将价值引领寓知识传授,推进课程思政建设,提升育人实效。 Moral education, the original intention of teachers, is the mission of teachers to cultivate people for the Party and the country. Practicing the original intention and fulfilling the mission are the fundamental guidelines for cultivating talents in universities in the new era. Under the perspective of moral education, integrating ideological and political education elements into the teaching of professional courses, promoting the organic integration of ideological education and professional education, and forming a synergistic education effect are the inherent requirement of the new engineering education concept. However, at present, in the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics, the professionalism has been strengthened while the function of cultivating talents has been weakened and there are problems in the cognition of curriculum ideology and politics education, the implementation ability and the effectiveness of the evaluation mechanism."Python Programming"taken as an example, the paper proposes thatnew engineering course teachers should change their teaching concept,under the perspective of moral education.The ideological and political education elements in the course should be explored, and"teaching"and"preaching"unified in all aspects of the course teaching.The teaching method should be innovated to improve the implementation ability of curriculum ideology and politics and enhance the nurturing experience, the evaluation system of the course be improved, and curriculum ideology and politics be assessed and measured, to promote the construction of curriculum ideology and politicsand enhance the effectiveness of education.
