墨旱莲丹参覆盆子口服液对更年期阴虚内热型大鼠的药理影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨墨旱莲、丹参、覆盆子口服液(HC)样品对大鼠更年期综合征阴虚内热证模型的影响。方法选取SD雌性去势大鼠,灌胃给予制附子和生姜水煎液15天,诱导出阴虚内热证模型大鼠。随机分为模型对照组,模型对照组,戊酸雌二醇组,坤泰胶囊组,HC样品低、中、高剂量组。给药后测量大鼠肛温、睡眠时间、脏器系数,血清雌二醇,促黄体生成激素和促卵泡激素水平,以及大鼠下丘脑5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的含量。结果 HC样品高剂量和中剂量能够明显降低阴虚内热证卵巢摘除大鼠的肛温,并且明显降低大鼠血清促黄体生成激素(LH)和促卵泡激素(FSH)含量,显著降低大鼠下丘脑中5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量,明显升高大鼠血清雌二醇(E;)和大鼠下丘脑中去甲肾上腺素(NA)、多巴胺(DA)的含量,明显提高大鼠子宫和肾上腺的脏器系数,并且明显提高大鼠的睡眠时间。结论 HC样品对更年期综合征阴虚内热证大鼠有一定改善作用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of MoHanLian DanShen FuPengZi oral liquid(HC)for the treatment of Menopausal syndrome disorders.METHODS Special-pathogen free SD female ovariectomized rats were selected as the experimental animal,who were fed with the extract solution of Processed Radix Aconiti Lateralis and Ginger for 15d,in order to establish the rats with the imitating-syndrome of fever due to Yin-deficiency in menopause.SD rats were randomized into normal control group,model group,positive group by estradiol valerate,Kuntai capsules group and treatment groups(HC low,middle and high dose group).After dosing,observe the changes of the rats'rectal temperature,sleep time,organ coefficients,and the content of estradiol diacetate,LH and FSH in serum,5-HT,NA and DA in rat hypothalamus.RESULTS After treatment,HC middle and high dose could decrease the rectal temperature of the rats,the level of LH and FSH in serum,5-HT,NA and DA in rat hypothalamus;increase the content of E_(2) in serum,NA and DA in hypothalamus,organ coefficient of uterus and paranephros,and extent the sleep time.CONCLUSION HC have a certain effect on Rat models,which is about the imitating-syndrome of fever due to Yin-deficiency in menopause.
