维血宁合剂中辅料炼蜜的质量评价方法研究

Quality Evaluation of Refined Honey in WeiXueNing Mixture

目的建立维血宁合剂中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖含量的快速测定方法,用于评价辅料炼蜜的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱结合示差折光检测器,样品经Sepax HP-Amino(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)分离;柱温为40℃;流动相为乙腈-水(70:30);流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果四个成分在各自范围内线性关系良好。果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖的平均回收率分别为103.56%、100.45%、100.63%和99.86%。4个厂家24批次维血宁合剂的辅料炼蜜合格率为35.1%,不合格的项目为蔗糖含量偏高。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可为合剂中辅料炼蜜的质量控制提供参考。

OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid method to determine fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose in WeiXueNing mixture so as to evaluate the quality of the refined honey.METHODS The samples were separated by Sepax HP-amino(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)using high performance liquid chromatography combined with differential refractive index detector.The column temperature was set at 40℃.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(70:30)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).RESULTS The four components had good linear relationship in their respective range.The average recoveries of fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose were 103.56%,100.45%,100.63%and 99.86%,respectively.The qualification rate of 24 batches of WeiXueNing mixture excipients for honey refining was 35.1%,and the unqualified items were high sucrose content.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,which can provide reference for the quality control of the excipients in the mixture.
