抗污涂层在电分析化学中的应用研究

摘要 在实际样品基体中,目标物的浓度一般远低于背景杂质的浓度,在电极界面上,非特异性吸附既会阻断特异性信号,降低灵敏度,又会大大降低检测特异性。因此,防止电极表面的污染对于电分析的实际应用具有重要的价值。通常可通过在电极表面进行抗污材料修饰解决该问题,本文针对常用防污材料,包括聚合物、水凝胶、肽和硫醇化自组装单分子层以及纳米复合材料等修饰电极在电分析化学中的应用现状与展望进行了综述。 In the actual sample matrix,the concentration of the target is generally much lower than that of the background impurities.On this interface,nonspecific adsorption will not only block the specific signal and reduce the sensitivity,but also greatly reduce the detection specificity.Therefore,the prevention of electrode surface pollution is of great value for the practical application of electrical analysis.This problem can usually be solved by modifying the anti fouling material on the electrode surface.This article in view of the current research situation of antifouling materials such as polymers,hydrogels,and peptides self-assembled monolayer and nanocomposite materials in electroana-lytical chemistry and prospect for review.
