某院2019-2020年2型糖尿病患者降糖药使用情况分析

Analysis on the Use of Hypoglycemic Drugs on Type 2 Diabetes Patients in a Hospital from 2019 to 2020

目的分析某院,2019~2020年2型糖尿病患者降糖药使用合理性。方法通过某院HIS系统随机抽取2019年~2020年2型糖尿病住院患者300例,对患者的基本情况、使用药物、医嘱合理性等相关信息进行分析。结果300例2型糖尿病患者中,单药20例;二联用药85例,以磺酰脲类联合双胍类最多;三联用药121例,以磺酰脲类、双胍类联合α-糖苷酶抑制剂最多;四联用药25例。降糖药不合理医嘱39例,以用法用量不合理占比最多。结论该院口服降糖药在糖尿病治疗中占主导地位,降糖药的使用基本合理。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the rationality of the use of hypoglycemic drugs in type 2 diabetes patients from 2019 to 2020.METHODS Extracted the relevant data of medical recordes of 300 type 2 diabetes patients from a hospital's Hospital Information Systems from 2019 to 2020,and analysing the basic information of patient,hypoglycemic drugs,and the rationality of medical order.RESULTS Among the 300 patients:20 patients were using a hypoglycemic drug;85 patients were using two kinds of hypoglycemic drugs,like sulfonylurea combine with metform-in;121 patients were using three kinds of hypoglycemic drugs,like sulfonylurea combine with metformin and a-gluco-sidase inhibitor;25 patients were using four kinds of hypoglycemic drugs.Unreasonable prescription were 39 casesand the inappropriate usage cases were most in it.CONCLUSION Oral hypoglycemic drugs play adominant role inthe treatment of diabetes in this hospital,and the use of hypoglycemic drugs is basically rational.
