多学科协作在化疗患者卵巢功能管理中的作用

Role of Multi-disciplinary Treatment in the Ovarian Function Management on Patients with Chemotherapy

目的探讨多学科协作在化疗患者卵巢功能管理中的作用。方法多学科协作团队综合管理恶性肿瘤化疗患者卵巢生殖内分泌功能。由专病医师、药师共同组成多学科治疗团队,根据循证医学证据制定药物卵巢去势治疗方案遴选有效避孕方法、制定用药教育计划,监测卵巢储备功能减退等不良反应并制定相应的干预措施。观察多学科团队协作对患者依从性和治疗效果的影响。结果与结论多学科协作团队可提高患者的用药依从性,保护年轻恶性肿瘤化疗患者卵巢功能,提高患者生活质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)in the management of ovarian functions in young malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy.METHODS The model of MDT service on managing ovarian function of patients with chemotherapy was established by multi-disciplinary physicians and pharmacists of specialized disease.In light of clinical evidence,decisions of treatment team and patient medication education were made,which included the development of ovarian suppression protocol,medical eligibility criteria of effective contraceptive methods,and monitoring and corresponding disposal of adverse drug reactions such as reduced ovarian reserve.Futhermore,the influence of MDT on the medication compliance was observed.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The medication compliance of patients was improved by the MDT.The ovarian function of young patients with malignant tumor may be protected from chemotherapy,and the quality of life was improved in the patients.
