永安市2020年87例老年人药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 87 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions in Senior Citizen in Yong'an City in 2020

目的统计分析永安市2020年老年人药品不良反应发生的特点及规律,为老年人合理用药提供依据。方法永安市2020年上报国家药品不良反应监测系统的药品不良反应中筛选年龄≥60岁的报告87例分别对患者性别、年龄、给药途径、联合用药情况、药品不良反应表现及转归、关联性评价等采用回顾性研究方法进行统计和分析。结果在上报的87例老年人药品不良反应报告表中,60-69年龄段占比最高,涉及的药品以心脑血管疾病药物占比最高。临床表现以呼吸系统不良反应最为常见。药品不良反应发生与注射给药途径、联合用药密切相关。结论老年人不良反应发生率高,应慎重选择给药途径,充分考虑联合用药情况确定药物剂量。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics and rules of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)among the senior citizen in Yong'an City in 2020,so as to provide basis for rational drug use.METHODS Among the 87 cases of ADR reported to the national ADR monitoring system in Yongan City in 2020,the age of patients over 60 years old was selected.The gender,age,route of administration,combination of drugs,ADR performance and outcome,and correlation evaluation of patients were analyzed by retrospective research method.RESULTS In the 87 reported ADR reports of the aged,60-69 age group accounted for the highest proportion,and the drugs involved in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases accounted for the highest proportion.The most common clinical manifestation was adverse reaction of respiratory system.Adverse drug reactions were closely related to the route of injection and combination of drugs.CONCLUSION The incidence of adverse reactions in the eged is high,so we should carefully choose the route of administration,and fully consider the combination of drugs to determine the drug dose.
