摘要
基于企业行为理论、前景理论、委托代理理论以及盈余管理三因素理论,选取2009—2019年全部A股上市公司为样本,实证研究了业绩期望落差对应计盈余管理的影响。研究发现,处于业绩期望落差状态的企业,随着其落差程度的扩大,应计盈余管理水平显著提高。研究结论拓展了已有文献对企业业绩反馈后果的认识,丰富了企业盈余管理形成机理的研究,有助于强化上市公司会计信息质量监管。
Based on corporate behavior theory,prospect theory,principal-agent theory and earnings management theory,this paper selects all A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2019 as samples to empirically study the impact of performance expectation gap on accrued earnings management.It is found that the level of accrued earnings management is significantly improved with the expansion of the gap between performance expectations.The research conclusion expands the existing literature on the consequences of enterprise performance feedback,enriches the research on the formation mechanism of enterprise earnings management,and helps to strengthen the supervision of accounting information quality of listed companies.
