摘要 在地铁建设开发过程中,根据周边客流、商业需求进行空间结合,从而创造出更舒适、宜人、便捷的城市公共空间,意义重大。文章以南通地铁1号线海霞路站为例,从周边环境及商业需求出发,结合地铁风亭与出入口设置,提出合围空间设置下沉式露天广场的设计方案,以提高周边建筑商业等级,加大客流吸引。同时,对大面积敞口、侧墙悬臂超过10 m的结构形式进行三维分析计算,通过优化结构设置,大幅提升结构受力,从而解决大悬臂侧墙和底板弯矩过大导致的耐久性验算不满足问题。相关经验可为类似深埋下沉式露天广场的设计提供参考。 In the process of metro construction and development,it is of great significance to combine space according to the surrounding passenger flows and commercial needs,so as to create more comfortable,pleasant and convenient urban public spaces.With Haixia Road Station of Nantong metro line 1 as an example,this paper starts from the surrounding environment and commercial needs and integrates the installation of metro ventilation facilities and entrances,to propose a design scheme of installing a sunken blue-sky plaza in an enclosed space,so as to improve the commercial grade of surrounding buildings and increase the attraction of passenger flows.At the same time,three-dimensional analysis and calculation are carried out of structural forms with large opening areas and cantilever retaining walls exceeding 10 m.By optimizing the structural installation,the structural tolerance is greatly improved,solving the problem that the durability checking calculation is not satisfied due to the excessive bending moment of the large cantilever retaining wall and bottom plate.The relevant experience can serve as a reference for the design of similar deeply-buried sunken blue-sky plaza.
