Promote Common Prosperity through Innovation in Income Distribution System

步入中等收入阶段以后,中国经济发展不平衡问题越来越不容忽视,实现共同富裕成为经济发展的客观要求。在此背景下,本文从为什么要推进共同富裕、实现共同富裕的基本原则、推进共同富裕面临的主要挑战、构建收入分配的基础性制度以及缩小收入差距的政策实施五个方面,阐释了中国推进共同富裕的必要性以及推进过程中存在的问题和困难,并从收入分配制度创新的角度,提出了缩小收入差距的政策建议,希望能通过更公平合理的收入分配制度,更好地实现共同富裕,跨越中等收入阶段。

After entering the middle-income stage,the imbalance of China's economic development gradually cannot be ignored,and achieving common prosperity has become an objective requirement for economic development.In this context,this article explains the necessity of China's promotion of common prosperity and the problems and difficulties in the process from five aspects:why it is necessary to promote common prosperity,the basic principles of achieving common prosperity,the main challenges facing the promotion of common prosperity,the construction of a basic system of income distribution,and the implementation of policies to narrow the income gap.Moreover,from the perspective of income distribution system innovation,this article also puts forward policy recommendations for narrowing the income gap,hoping to achieve common prosperity through a fairer and more reasonable income distribution system,and to cross the middle-income stage.
