摘要
研究4种不同碳数分布及不同正构烷烃和异构烷烃质量比的防护蜡NG9349,NG3457F,NG9360,PW对轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明:防护蜡的碳数分布对胎侧胶的硫化特性和物理性能无明显影响;100℃×72 h热老化后添加4种防护蜡的胎侧胶的硬度和定伸应力提高,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率降低;碳数分布对称性较好、碳数分布峰值在C_(33)左右、C30以下烷烃占比小、异构烷烃质量比为40%左右的防护蜡NG9349和NG3457F在40℃下对臭氧老化的防护效果更优。
The effect of four protective waxes NG9349,NG3457F,NG9360 and PW with different carbon number distributions and different mass proportions of normal paraffin and isomeric paraffin on the properties of tire sidewall compounds was studied.The results showed that the carbon number distributions of the protective waxes had no significant effect on the curing characteristics and physical properties of the sidewall compound.After hot aging at 100℃×72 h,the hardnesses and modulus of the sidewall compounds with four protective waxes were improved,while the tensile strengths and elongations at break were reduced.The protective wax with good symmetry of carbon number distribution,a peak value of carbon number distribution about C_(33),small proportion of paraffin below C_(30)and an isomeric paraffin mass proportion around 40%had better ozone aging protection effect at 40℃.
