宜人性人格对大学生人际信任的影响研究

The Impact of Agreeable Personality on Interpersonal Trust Between College Students

基于对664名大学生的调查数据,探讨宜人性人格对人际信任的影响及社会支配倾向与个人公正世界信念的间接作用。结果显示:宜人性人格对特定信任有直接的正向预测作用,个人公正世界信念在宜人性人格与特定信任之间具有显著中介作用,反对一般公平、个人公正世界信念在宜人性人格与特定信任之间链式中介显著,表明宜人性人格能够直接影响特定信任,也可以通过反对一般公平与个人公正世界信念间接影响特定信任;宜人性人格对一般信任有直接的正向预测作用,同样,宜人性人格能够直接影响一般信任,也可以通过反对一般公平与个人公正世界信念间接影响一般信任。在教育上,注重积极人格的培养,提高大学生对公正的感受,同时降低其对等级与支配的寻求,可以有效地提升该群体的人际信任水平。

Based on the survey data of 664 college students,this paper discusses the impact of appropriate personality on interpersonal trust and the indirect effect of social dominance orientation and personal belief on the justice of the world.The results show that agreeable personality has a direct positive predictive effect on specific trust,personal belief on the justice of the world plays a significant mediating role between appropriate human personality and specific trust;The objection to general equity,and personal belief on the justice of the world play a significant mediating role between appropriate human personality and specific trust,indicating that agreeable personality can directly affect specific trust,which can also be mediated by opposing general equity and personal belief on the justice of the world.Agreeable personality has a direct positive predictive effect on general trust.It can also indirectly affect general trust by opposing general equity and personal belief on the justice of the world.In education,we should pay attention to the cultivation of positive personality,improve college students’sense of justice,and reduce their pursuit of hierarchy and social domination so as to effectively improve the interpersonal trust level among college students.
