和面机智能监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of An Intelligent Monitoring System for Dough Mixers

针对传统和面机缺乏多工序自动运行功能和无超视距监控的问题,利用单片机、物联网、移动终端软件开发等技术设计开发了和面机智能监控系统.该系统包括单片机控制电路、物联网云平台(OneNET)和智能移动设备APP三个部分.实验结果表明,用户在APP上一次性灵活设置多个工序参数,可实现远程监控和面机的多工序加工过程及工作状态.该智能监控系统可同时监控多台和面机工作,具有良好的扩展性,对提高和面效率、降低人工成本具有积极的意义.

Traditional dough mixers lack the multi-process automatic operation function and cannot be controlled remotely.To solve the problems,an intelligent monitoring system for dough mixers is designed and developed by using the technology of MCU,IOT,mobile software development,etc.The system consists of three parts:MCU control circuit,OneNET cloud platform and smart mobile APP.The experimental results show that,with the system,users can remotely monitor the multi-process processing of a dough mixer and its working status after setting multi-process parameters on the app at one time.The system is made extensible,which can monitor the work of multiple dough mixers simultaneously,so it would greatly improve mixing efficiency and reduce labor cost.
