基于光纤传感技术的p53蛋白检测方法设计

摘要 为了实现肿瘤标志物P53蛋白生物量的传感检测设计了一种基于微纳光纤F-P干涉仪光纤传感检测方法.采用193nm准分子激光器结合相位掩模板刻写微纳光纤F-P干涉仪作为传感探头接入光纤生物传感系统中,实验测得光纤传感系统的折射率灵敏度较高,峰值波长随折射率变化关系的拟合曲线线性度较好,相似度为R;=0.9928.将该光纤传感系统用于检测不同浓度的p53蛋白,实验结果表明在一定浓度范围内p53蛋白浓度越高其波长偏移量越明显,充分证明了该光纤传感系统在p53蛋白检测中的可行性. To realize the sensor detection of the tumor marker p53 protein,a fiber sensor detection method based on the micro-nano fiber optic F-P interferometer is designed.The sensing probe in this research is connected to the optical fiber sensor system,which uses the 193 nm excimer laser combined with a phase mask to write.The refractive index sensitivity of the F-P interferometer probe is good.The fitting curve of the relationship between wavelength and the refractive index has a better linearity with the similarity of R2=0.9928.The optical fiber sensor system is used to measure p53 protein at different concentrations.Experimental results show that within a certain concentration range,the higher the concentration of p53 protein,the more obvious the wavelength shift,which fully proves the feasibility of the optical fiber sensor system in the detection of p53 protein.
