摘要
当前国内图书馆陆续开展了以智能手机APP客户端应用服务、微博、微信公众号服务等形式的移动信息服务,深刻地影响了图书馆的信息服务模式和服务方式.为探寻图书馆移动信息服务评价的有效方法,通过梳理国内外移动信息服务的相关研究,构建基于UX(用户体验)的图书馆移动信息服务评价模型,并开展基于该模型的图书馆移动信息服务评价调查工作,得出相关工作启示,以期为图书馆移动信息服务评价及改进提升移动信息服务工作提供参考和借鉴.
In recent years,domestic libraries have successively launched mobile information services in the form of smartphone APP client application services,Weibo,WeChat official account services,etc.,which has profoundly affected the information service modes and methods of libraries.In order to explore effective methods for the evaluation of library mobile information services,this study reviews the current research at home and abroad related to mobile information services,constructs a library mobile information service evaluation model based on UX (user experience) and conducts a survey on the evaluation of library mobile information service based on this model,the results of which will hopefully provide reference for carrying out library mobile information service evaluation and improving mobile information service.
