东佛里生、湖羊及其杂交后代部分产肉性能对比分析研究 被引量:10

Comparative Analysis and Research of Meat Production Performance of East Friensian Milk Sheep,Hu Sheep,and Their Hybrid Offspring

摘要 为了证明引入东佛里生羊发展肉乳兼用型羊产业的可行性,本研究开展了东佛里生羊、湖羊、东湖杂交F_(1)代、东湖杂交F_(2)代的初生、2月龄、4月龄、6月龄体重数据和6月龄胴体重数据测定,以及体重、日增重、屠宰率数据的对比分析。结果表明:随着东佛里生羊血统占比提高,羔羊体重呈现增加趋势;4月龄和6月龄各组合羔羊体重都呈现显著性差异;东湖F_(1)、F_(2)代羔羊哺乳期和育肥期日增重显著高于湖羊。因此,生产中可以利用东佛里生羊对湖羊开展导血改良,提高羔羊体重,增加养殖效益。 In order to prove the feasibility of introducing East Friensian Milk sheep to develop meat and milk sheep industry,this study carried out the measurement of birth,2-month-old,4-month-old,6-month-old body weight data and 6-month-old carcass weight data of East Friensian Milk sheep,Hu sheep,hybrid F_(1)and F_(2)of East Friensian Milk sheep and Hu sheep,as well as the comparative analysis of body weight,daily gain and slaughter rate data.The results showed that the weight of lambs increased with the increase of the proportion of East Friensian Milk sheep pedigree.There were significant differences in body weight between 4-month-old and 6-month-old lambs.The daily gain of hybrid F_(1)and F_(2)lambs during lactation and fattening was significantly higher than that of Hu sheep.Therefore,in the production,East Friensian Milk sheep can be used to improve the blood guide of Hu sheep,improve the lamb weight and increase the breeding benefit.
