摘要
在如今网络普及的时代,城市政府网站的翻译逐渐成为了城市对外宣传的重要平台。政府网站的翻译的本质是跨语言、跨文化的传播行为,因此可借鉴拉斯韦尔的5W模式来分析政府网站翻译。根据政府网站翻译的特点,传播意图以及传播效果可作为评价政府网站翻译质量的两个维度。大湾区四大核心城市(深圳、广州、澳门和香港)是我国城市外宣的先行者,因此,大湾区四大核心城市的政府网站翻译十分具有研究意义。从传播意图和传播效果这两个维度出发来审视这几个城市的政府网站翻译有利于城市外宣水平的提高。
In the era of popularization of the internet,governmental website translation is playing an important role as an indispensable channel for foreign-oriented publicity.Since governmental website translation can be viewed as a kind of cross-language and cross-cultural communication,Lasswell’s 5W communication model can be applied to analyze it.The four major cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Macao and Hong Kong) are the pioneers in foreign-oriented publicity in China.Therefore,the translation of governmental websites of these four cities is of great research value.Based on the communication purpose and communication effect,a study of the translation of the cities’ governmental websites will help to improve their foreign-oriented publicity.
