党史学习教育视域下中国共产党党员教育管理制度化研究

Research on institutionalization of education and management of CPC members in the context of Party history learning and education

在党史学习教育视域下,推进中国共产党党员教育管理制度化不仅有利于中国共产党党员教育管理制度建设,有利于提高中国共产党党员队伍建设质量,也有利于全面从严治党,推动中国共产党党员教育管理长效化。目前,中国共产党党员教育管理基础性的制度体系基本形成,党员教育管理具体制度逐步成熟,正在推动行之有效的党员教育管理实践形成制度。为更好地推进中国共产党党员教育管理制度化,一是需完善不同领域的党员教育管理经费制度,强化执行保障:二是需完善不同群体党员教育管理问责制度,优化制度体系:三是需完善线上党员教育管理制度,突破时空限制。

In the context of the Party history learning and education,promoting the institutionalization of the education and management of Communist Party of China (CPC) members is not only conducive to the construction of the education and management system of Party members,but also to the improvement of the quality of the CPC membership construction,the overall strict governance of the Party and the promotion of the long-term effect of the education and management of Party members.At present,the fundamental system of the education and management of Party members has been formed,and the specific system is gradually maturing,which advances the institutionalization of an effective practice of the education and management of Party members.To further promote the institutionalization,firstly,it is necessary to improve the funding system for the education and management of Party members in different fields to strengthen the implementation guarantee;secondly,it is necessary to improve the accountability system for the education and management of Party members in different groups to optimize the system;and thirdly,it is necessary to improve the online education and management system of Party members to break through the restrictions of time and space.
