摘要
课程思政视阈下高校劳动教育的本质是立德树人,重点内容是培育劳动价值观,实施形式是理论知识与实践活动相结合。劳动教育的价值表现在三个层面,社会价值层面是培养全面发展的时代新人、文化价值层面是塑造学生劳动价值观、育人价值层面是推进学生核心素养的发展。劳动教育的开展,应从内化劳动精神,构建家、校、社、政协同育人机制,打造丰富的劳动形式,专业教育课融入劳动元素等四个维度着手。
The essence of work education in colleges and universities from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics is to establish morality and cultivate people,with cultivating work values as the key content and theoretical knowledge combined with practical activities as the implementation form.The value of work education can be found in three levels.The social value is to cultivate a new generation with comprehensive development,the cultural value is to shape students’ work values,and the educational value is to promote the development of students’ core literacy.The development of work education should be carried out in four dimensions:internalizing the spirit of working,building a mechanism of collaborative education among family,school,society and government,creating rich forms of working,and integrating work into professional education courses.
