摘要
深圳信息职业技术学院"以芯构群"组建了高职院校首家微电子学院,实施“产教科”融合互促机制,在校企合作方面取得了创新突破,建成了基于混合所有制的校企合作命运共同体“芯火”特色产业学院。依托产业学院,汇聚优质育人资源,头部企业捐建了从芯片设计到芯片应用的全链条人才实训基地,“以岗建课、以赛促学”实现了人才培养质量的显著提升。依托中国职业技术教育学会微电子专委会和世界技能大赛两大高端平台,在教学科研、三教改革、技能大赛、师资培训、人才培养标准国际输出等方面多点开花,产教融合示范引领效应开始显现。
Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology has established the first microelectronics college by "building a group with chips",implemented the mechanism of "industry,education and scientific research" integration and mutual promotion,made an innovative breakthrough in school-enterprise cooperation,and built a "Chip Fire" Characteristic Industrial College based on mix-owned school-enterprise cooperation community with a shared future.Relying on the industrial college,we have gathered high-quality education resources,and the leading enterprises have donated the whole chain of talent training bases from chip design to chip application,and achieved significant improvement of talent training quality under the principle of "building courses on posts and promoting learning through competition".Rooted in two high-end platforms of Microelectronics Special Committee of Chinese Society for Technical and Vocational Education and World Skills Competition,the institute has blossomed in many aspects such as teaching and scientific research,"three reforms" of teaching staff,teaching materials and teaching methods,skills competition,teacher training and international talent training standards,thus refletcing the demonstrative leading effect of industry-education integration.
