摘要
专本衔接作为构建现代职业教育体系的重要内容,以含金量最高的"专转本"升学方式为主力军,实现专科层次向本科层次的沟通与跨越。类型化改革背景下,市场需求、个人发展需求、终身教育理念的普及成为高职生在专转本过程中的核心动能。然而,高职生在升学道路上仍然困难重重,如"内容单一""选择受限""意识错位"。为此,以政府、高校、职校为分析视角,力图从考核制度、高校参与度、职业道德教育三方面破解困境,为各省专转本教育进一步发展与完善提供思考与借鉴。
As an important part of constructing a modern vocational education system,the connection of junior college and undergraduate courses is achieved based on the most valuable transfer approach"from junior college to degree courses".In the context of typified reforms,market demand,personal development needs,and the popularization of life-long education concepts have become the core kinetic energy of higher vocational students in the process of transfer to undergraduates.However,higher vocational students still have many difficulties on the way to higher education,such as"single content","restricted choices"and"dislocation of consciousness".To this end,from the perspectives of the government,universities,and vocational schools,we try to solve the predicament from the three aspects of assessment system,university participation,and professional ethics education,so as to provide ideas and reference for the further development and improvement of provincial transfer education.
