目的:通过对比分析国内外图书馆中智能机器人的应用,为智慧图书馆的建设提供参考。方法:通过文献调研梳理国内外图书馆智能机器人类别及应用,通过电话调研和实地考察归纳总结智能机器人在图书馆中的作用、优缺点及目前售价等。结果:现阶段智能机器人在图书馆中的应用以参考咨询居多,图书盘点机器人及AGV智能分拣/搬运机器人发展迅速,极大地节省了人力。结论:未来智能机器人提供的服务将更加贴合需求,并在智慧图书馆的建设中发挥关键作用。

Objective To provide reference for the construction of smart library by comparatively analyzing the application of intelligent robots in domestic and foreign libraries.Methods The types and application of intelligent robots in domestic and foreign libraries were stratified by investigating the related literature.The role,advantages,disadvantages and present price of intelligent robots in library were investigated by telephone and on the spot respectively.Results Intelligent robots were most applied in reference service of library at present.The rapid development of book checking robots,book intelligent classification and transport robots using AGV greatly saved the manpower of library.Conclusion The future service provided by intelligent robots will accord more with the demands of library users and intelligent robots will play a key role in construction of smart library.
