摘要
为保证在高压条件下实现连续除砂作业,从结构、工作原理、主要尺寸和技术特点方面介绍一种旋流除砂器,可以满足高压工作条件的同时有效保证连续作业和分离效率。现场应用结果表明:对于直径100μm以上的砂粒可以实现完全分离,其分离效果较好,装置安全可靠。
In order to ensure continuous desander operation under high pressure,this article introduced a cyclone desander from several aspects of structure,working principle,main dimensions and technical characteristics,which can meet the high pressure working conditions while effectively ensuring continuous operation and separation efficiency.The field application results show that the sand particles with a diameter of more than 100 microns can be completely separated,the separation effect is better and the device is safe and reliable.
