磷酸肌酸钠在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的疗效及对心肌纤维化的影响研究

Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the Children with Viral Myocarditis and Influence for Myocardial Fibrosis

目的:探究磷酸肌酸钠在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的疗效及对心肌纤维化的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年9月佳木斯市妇幼保健院80例病毒性心肌炎患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规抗病毒治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠。统计与比较两组的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的心肌损伤相关指标及心肌纤维化指标。结果:治疗1、2周后,观察组的临床总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组的心肌损伤相关指标及心肌纤维化指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2周后,观察组的心肌损伤相关指标及心肌纤维化指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磷酸肌酸钠在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的疗效较好,且可显著改善患儿的心肌纤维化情况,在病毒性心肌炎患儿中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the children with viral myocarditis and influence for myocardial fibrosis.Method:A total of 80 children with viral myocarditis in Jiamusi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to September 2020 were chosen as the study object,and they divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with routine antiviral treatment,and the observation group was treated with Creatine Phosphate Sodium on the basis of routine treatment.Then the total effective rates,adverse reactions rates,myocardial injury related indexes and myocardial fibrosis indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The adverse reactions rate of two groups was compared,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The myocardial injury related indexes and myocardial fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the myocardial injury related indexes and myocardial fibrosis indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the children with viral myocarditis is better,and it can significantly improve the myocardial fibrosis situation of children,so it has high application value in children with viral myocarditis.
