摘要
目的:探讨超声乳腺影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS)分类联合超声造影(CEUS)检查诊断乳腺肿瘤的价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月吉安市妇幼保健院、赣州市中医院收治的84例乳腺肿瘤患者,均行CEUS、超声检查,并实施BI-RADS分类。以病理检查结果为金标准,分析CEUS、超声BI-RADS分类与联合检查诊断乳腺肿瘤效果。结果:84例患者共检出病灶90个,其中43个(47.78%)良性病灶,恶性病灶47个(52.22%)。超声BI-RADS分类+CEUS诊断乳腺肿瘤的敏感度、阴性预测值和准确度均高于CEUS,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声BI-RADS分类联合CEUS检查能够准确鉴别乳腺肿瘤性质,具有高敏感度,可有效指导治疗。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound breast imaging report and data system(BI-RADS)classification combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)examination for breast tumors.Method:A total of 84 patients with breast cancer admitted to Ji’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital and Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.CEUS and ultrasound examinations were performed and BI-RADS classification was performed.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard,the effect of CEUS,ultrasound BI-RADS classification and combined examination on the diagnosis of breast tumor was analyzed.Result:A total of 90 lesions were detected in 84 patients,including 43 benign lesions(47.78%)and 47 malignant lesions(52.22%).The sensitivity,negative predictive value and accuracy for diagnosis of breast tumors of ultrasound BI-RADS classification+CEUS were higher than those of CEUS,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound BI-RADS classification combined with CEUS can accurately identify the nature of breast tumors,has high sensitivity,and can effectively guide treatment.
