Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is derived from Wang Qingren’s Medical Forest Correction and is a representative prescription for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.This prescription has now been used more and more in the clinical treatment of diabetes and its chronic comorbidities.In this article,by searching related literatures on the treatment of diabetes and chronic comorbidities with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,this article reviews the clinical research and the experience of famous doctors on the treatment of diabetes and chronic comorbidities with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is integrated in the treatment of diabetes and its chronic comorbidities,and provides relevant theoretical basis for guiding clinical medication and deeper research.
