摘要
2020年以来,房地产调控逐步加码、监管政策不断,在此背景下,房地产贷款集中度管理制度和"三道红线"的出台构成了我国房地产金融审慎管理的重要内容。在此时点,文章系统梳理了我国当前房地产金融体系的主要特征、潜在的风险及未来房地产金融体系的方向,为理解当前房地产金融体系提供借鉴和参考。
Since 2020,the real estate regulatory policies gradually increased,in this context,the real estate loan concentration management and the introduction of the"three red lines"constitute an important part of China’s real estate financial prudential management.At this point,this paper systematically combs the main characteristics,potential risks and future direction of China’s current real estate financial system,and provide reference for understanding the current real estate financial system.
