阿比特龙联合多西他赛和醋酸泼尼松治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌的临床研究

Clinical Study of Abiraterone Combined with Docetaxel and Prednisone Acetate in the Treatment of Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer

目的:探析阿比特龙联合多西他赛和醋酸泼尼松治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月阳江市人民医院收治的80例去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,以治疗方案的不同作为分组依据,对照组(40例)应用多西他赛和醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组基础上联合阿比特龙治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并分析两组治疗前后血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)水平与卡氏功能状态评分(Karnofsky performance status score,KPS)变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的57.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清PSA水平均低于治疗前,KPS评分高于治疗前,且观察组血清PSA水平低于对照组,KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用阿比特龙联合多西他赛和醋酸泼尼松治疗去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者,不仅效果理想,而且可改善患者血清PSA水平,提高患者身体健康状况。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Abiraterone combined with Docetaxel and Prednisone Acetate in the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer patients.Method:A retrospective analysis of 80 castration-resistant prostate cancer patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Yangjiang from December 2019 to December 2020 was carried out.The different treatment regimens was used as the grouping basis.The control group (40 cases) was treated with Docetaxel and Prednisone Acetate.The observation group (40 cases) was treated with Abiraterone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes in serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels and Karnofsky performance status (KPS) scores before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate was 80.00% in the observation group,which was higher than 57.50% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum PSA levels of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the KPS scores were higher than before treatment;the serum PSA level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the KPS score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Abiraterone combined with Docetaxel and Prednisone Acetate to treat patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer not only has an ideal curative effect,but also can improve the patients’ serum PSA level and improve the physical health.
