米氮平联合西酞普兰治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍的效果

Effect of Mirtazapine Combined with Citalopram in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders in Patients with Depression

目的:探讨抑郁症睡眠障碍患者应用西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗的效果。方法:选择2020年1-12月于枝江康宁精神病医院治疗的抑郁症睡眠障碍患者306例,随机分为两组,每组153例。对照组应用西酞普兰,研究组应用西酞普兰联合米氮平,观察两组的睡眠质量、心理状况、治疗效果及生活质量评分情况。结果:治疗后研究组催眠药物(1.07±0.44)分、睡眠时间(1.11±0.48)分、日间功能(0.83±0.03)分、睡眠效率(1.07±0.48)分、睡眠障碍(0.83±0.41)分、睡眠质量(1.07±0.11)分、入睡时间(1.06±0.53)分,均比对照组的(1.51±0.52)、(1.93±0.56)、(1.62±0.58)、(1.66±0.28)、(1.62±0.58)、(1.95±0.49)、(1.97±0.49)分低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分(14.17±2.58)分、蒙哥马利-艾森贝格抑郁量表(MADRS)评分(11.15±3.08)分,均比对照组的(17.32±3.51)、(18.26±4.15)分低(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为96.07%,比对照组的86.93%高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组日常生活评分(19.52±1.38)分、总症状评分(18.63±1.46)分,均比对照组的(17.40±1.60)、(15.15±1.78)分高(P<0.05)。结论:抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者应用西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗效果较好,可以有效改善患者的睡眠质量,减轻患者的抑郁情况,提高治疗效果,有利于患者生活质量的提高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Citalopram combined Mirtazapine treatment in patients with depression and sleep disorders.Method:A total of 306 patients with depression and sleep disorders who were in Zhijiang Kangning Psychiatric Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,153 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Citalopram,and the study group was treated with Citalopram combined Mirtazapine.Observed the sleep quality,psychological status,treatment effect and quality of life scores of the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of hypnotics (1.07±0.44) points,sleep time (1.11±0.48) points,daytime function (0.83±0.03) points,sleep efficiency (1.07±0.48),sleep disorder (0.83±0.41) points,sleep quality (1.07±0.11) points,time to fall asleep (1.06±0.53) points in the study group were lower than (1.51±0.52),(1.93±0.56),(1.62±0.58),(1.66±0.28),(1.62±0.58),(1.95±0.49),(1.97±0.49) points of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score (14.17±2.58) points and Montgomery-Asberg depression rating scale (MADRS) score (11.15±3.08) points of the study group were lower than (17.32±3.51),(18.26±4.15) points of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.07%,which was higher than 86.93% of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the daily life score of (19.52±1.38) points and the total symptom score of (18.63±1.46) points in the study group were higher than (17.40±1.60) points and (15.15±1.78) points of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Citalopram combined Mirtazapine treatment for patients with depression and sleep disorders has a better effect,which can effectively improve the patients’ sleep quality,reduce depression,improve the treatment effect,and improve the quality of life.
