寒热错杂型脾胃病运用半夏泻心汤加减治疗的临床价值

Clinical Value of Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Mixed Cold and Heat Type

目的:探讨半夏泻心汤加减在寒热错杂型脾胃病中的治疗价值。方法:选择江阴市人民医院2019年1月1日-12月31日消化内科门诊接诊的54例寒热错杂型脾胃病患者,采用数字奇偶法分为对照组(n=27,西药治疗)与研究组(n=27,半夏泻心汤加减治疗)。观察患者用药后的不良反应、症候积分、治疗效果、复发率。结果:研究组不良反应发生率为0,低于对照组的14.81%(χ^(2)=4.3200,P=0.0376);对照组各症候积分均高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组有效治疗率为92.59%,高于对照组的66.67%(χ^(2)=5.5941,P=0.0180);研究组2个月内的复发率(11.11%)与对照组(18.52%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.5870,P=0.4435);4个月内,研究组复发率为14.81%,低于对照组的40.74%(χ^(2)=4.5231,P=0.0334)。结论:寒热错杂型脾胃病患者采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,症状改善明显,药物安全性高,复发率低。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease of mixed cold and heat type.Method:A total of 54 patients with spleen and stomach disease of mixed cold and heat type admitted to the outpatient Department of Gastroenterology,Jiangyin People’s Hospital from January 1 to December 31,2019 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=27,treated with western medicine)and study group(n=27,treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction)by digital parity method.The adverse reactions,symptom scores,treatment effect and recurrence rate were observed after treatment.Result:The adverse reactions in the study group was 0,lower than 14.81%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.3200,P=0.0376);the symptom scores in the control group were higher than those in the study group(P<0.05);the effective treatment rate in the study group was 92.59%,higher than 66.67%in the study group(χ^(2)=5.5941,P=0.0180);the recurrence rate within 2 months in the study group was 11.11%,similar to 18.52%in the control group,there was no significant difference(χ^(2)=0.5870,P=0.4435);within 4 months,the recurrence rate of the study group was 14.81%,lower than 40.74%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.5231,P=0.0334).Conclusion:Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction is used in the treatment of spleen and stomach disease with mixed cold and heat,the symptoms are improved obviously,the drug safety is high,and the recurrence rate is low.
