微泵注射硝普钠对急性左心衰的治疗效果研究

Study on Therapeutic Effect of Micropump Injection of Sodium Nitroprusside on Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:分析急性左心衰患者接受微泵注射硝普钠治疗的效果。方法:回顾性选取2019年9月-2020年12月阳江市人民医院接诊的50例急性左心衰患者的临床资料,将行微泵注射硝酸甘油治疗的25例急性左心衰患者作为对照组,将行微泵注射硝普钠治疗的25例急性左心衰患者作为观察组,对比两组治疗前后心功能指标、肺功能指标、心率(HR)、血压、治疗效果、用药不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组血清脑钠肽(BNP)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、氧合指数(OI)、一秒用力呼气量(FEV;)、最大通气量(MVV)、舒张压(DBP)、HR、收缩压(SBP)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,观察组BNP、HR、DBP、SBP水平更低,LVEF、SV、OI、FEV;、MVV水平及总有效率更高(P<0.05);观察组发生4例药物不良反应(16.00%),对照组发生3例药物不良反应(12.00%),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不良反应轻微,未影响治疗。结论:对急性左心衰患者行微泵注射硝普钠治疗,疗效显著,可以缓解患者心衰症状,改善其心肺功能、HR与血压,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of micropump injection of Sodium Nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Method:Clinical data of 50 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to People’s Hospital of Yangjiang from September 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected.A total of 25 patients with acute left heart failure treated with Nitroglycerin by micropump injection treatment were selected as the control group,and 25 patients with acute left heart failure treated with Sodium Nitroprusside by micropump injection treatment were selected as the observation group.Cardiac function indexes,pulmonary function indexes,heart rate(HR),blood pressure before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),oxygenation index(OI),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV;),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),HR and systolic blood pressure(SBP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of BNP,HR,DBP and SBP in the observation group were lower,and the levels of LVEF,SV,OI,FEV;and MVV and the total effective rate were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There were 4 cases of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(16.00%)and 3 cases(12.00%)of adverse drug reactions in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05),and the adverse reactions were minor and did not affect the treatment.Conclusion:Micropump injection of Sodium Nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure has significant curative effect,it can relieve the symptoms of heart failure of patients,improve their cardiopulmonary function,HR and blood pressure,and is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
