激励式护理在无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果

Effect of Incentive Nursing on Patients with COPD Complicated with Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure Treated by Noninvasive Ventilation

目的:探讨激励式护理在无创通气治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2021年9月在莆田学院附属医院进行无创通气治疗的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者118例。根据实施的不同护理方式分为对照组(给予常规护理措施)和研究组(常规护理基础上实施激励式护理)各59例;对比两组患者的希望水平、肺功能、并发症及满意度情况。结果:经护理干预后,两组患者Herth希望量表(HHI)总分值均有所提升(P<0.05),且研究组患者HHI总分高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC较护理前均有所提高,且研究组患者FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受无创通气治疗的COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者实施激励式护理干预,能改善患者希望水平、肺功能,减少并发症发生情况,提升满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of incentive nursing in non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of COPD patients with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method:A total of 118 patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated by noninvasive ventilation in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group (given routine nursing measures) and study group (incentive nursing on the basis of routine nursing).The hope level,pulmonary function,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing intervention,the total score of Herth hope scale (HHI) in the two groups was improved (P<0.05),and the total score of HHI in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Incentive nursing intervention for patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilation can improve their hope level,lung function,reduce complications and improve their satisfaction.
